This is a view looking up at the landslide area at the western end of Pinhay Bay, east Devon.
The trees are at all sorts of odd angles and some have fallen completely due to the continuing intermittent landslide movements.

The top of the landslide scar is seen in this photo:

This is a view of the wave-cut platform and cliffs beneath Constitution Hill, Aberystwyth, Sîr Ceredigion. The wedge-shaped rock stack just left of centre is Craigyfulfran - Cormorant Rock, well named, as coromorants gather there to roost and breed.

The rocks are part of the Aberystwyth Grits of Silurian age (Llandovery) and form a well-developed turbidite sequence of dark silty shales alternating with paler sandstones and gritstones.

This is a panoramic view south-east looking over the Walton Hall marshes towards Walton on the Naze, Essex. The Naze Tower is visible on the skyline. It is 86 feet high and dates from 1720, built by Trinity House as navigation aid to shipping.

I took the photos in an attempt to demonstrate that the field levels are below sea-level in places. The panoramic view covers an angle of about 100°.
