One of four images in a row, one of the businesses in the Arts District of Phoenix is quite striking. This image shows ta common religious icon of the bleeding heart, often seen in Catholic spiritual art such as the depictions of Jesus on the cross or the Lady of Guadalupe. See the other images for detail views and two full images for context of this building at the corner of 2nd Street and Roosevelt.

From a past love : 'The shield that you constantly hold up is contradicting your social ideological image.'

You tell me what color I forgot to compress into this eye twistingly crowded mural collage and I will applaud you for being an astute observer, possibly uttering 'jeepers' (or somesuch)

Some cool picture collages images:

Yesterday I took a walk revisiting some spots I long had in mind to have a go at snapping 'm up. The weather was positively lovely.
Initially I considered making it some kind of consistent series, like places that will be no more in a couple of years, abandoned corners. That doesn't work for me though. In the end I just walked around, I did however take pictures of various spots not normally traversed by a lot of people.
